Terms & Deposit Policy

These terms cover deposits and payment for Coastal Glow Holiday Lighting installations. They apply alongside — and do not replace — the specific terms in your accepted proposal.

Deposit & Payment

A 25% booking deposit is required after proposal approval to reserve an installation. Unless otherwise stated in the accepted proposal, the remaining 75% balance is due upon completion of the initial installation.

The booking deposit is applied toward the total contracted price. Cancellation, refund, and payment obligations remain subject to the terms contained in the customer's accepted proposal and any rights provided by applicable law.

Payment may be made through Coastal Glow's secure online payment system using available payment methods.
